For example, a check of eardrum movement conducted using tympanometry or other age-appropriate methods. Both ears should be checked. If a person has only one ear, only one ear can be checked. If there is detail in the patient record specific to only the left or right ear the person should still be included. CODE 2 No A person has not had a check of the movement of the eardrum completed.
