Other issues caveats:Help on this termIndicator (d) is based on indicators (c) and (f) in the previous NDA. A revised method of calculating the potential population affects the denominators. These changes have resulted in a break in series with data included in previous reports. Data have been backcast for 2008-09 and 2009-10. Data have been backcast to provide a comparable time series.
