The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander primary health-care service unpaid full-time equivalent (FTE) positions cluster describes the number and type of FTE positions for which the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander primary health-care service did not pay wages and salaries at the end of the reporting period.

The FTE positions are further broken down by the Indigenous status of the worker, and for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health workers only, by sex.
