Number of carers aged 15-64 years (carers of people aged 0-64 years with disability) who are employed and work less than 35 hours per week, who wanted to work more hours and would be able to start work with more hours in the next 4 weeks divided by the number of carers aged 15-64 years (carers of people aged 0-64 years with disability) who are in the labour force (employed or unemployed) and is expressed as a percentage.

R/N x 100 where

R = number of carers aged 15-64 years (carers of people aged 0-64 years with disability) who are employed and work less than 35 hours per week, who wanted to work more hours and would be able to start work with more hours in the next 4 weeks and 

N = number of carers aged 15-64 years (carers of people aged 0-64 years with disability) who are in the labour force (employed or unemployed).

Numerator:

Number of carers aged 15-64 years (carers of people aged 0-64 years with disability) who are employed and work less than 35 hours per week, who wanted to work more hours and would be able to start work with more hours in the next 4 weeks.

Denominator:

Number of carers who are in the labour force (employed or unemployed) aged 15–64 years (carers of people aged 0–64 years with disability).
