The Non-school qualification cluster comprises two data elements that determine a person's non-school-qualification.
This is achieved through the combination of the two data elements: Person—non-school qualification indicator, yes/no/not stated/inadequately described code N and Person—level of highest non-school qualification, code N.

|Collection methods:||Information on a prison entrant's non-school qualifications is collected as part of the reception assessment on the National Prisoner Health Census Prison Entrants form.|
