Scope:![]() | The Congenital anomalies cluster defines the data elements which are to be used together to collect information on congenital anomalies present at birth (both live births and stillbirths), and on those related to terminations of pregnancy that are terminated due to a congenital anomaly. Data elements in the Congenital anomalies cluster are recorded only for the baby (product of conception) with a congenital anomaly. A baby may have multiple congenital anomalies, diagnosed at different times. This cluster should be recorded for each congenital anomaly. |
