The definitions of the cancer types are as follows: bowel cancer (ICD-10 (2016 version) codes C18–C20), lung cancer (C33–C34), melanoma of the skin (C43), female breast cancer (C50), cervical cancer (C53) and all cancers combined (C00–C97, D45–D46, D47.1, D47.3–D47.5, except basal and squamous cell carcinomas of the skin (part of C44)). |
