Guide for use: | This data element is used to report a score for one of the 18 items that comprise the Functional Independence Measure instrument. It should be reported in an array of 18 to gain a full (FIMTM) score. The total (FIMTM ) score ranges from 18 to 126. If a response to a question within the score contains a value of 9 (not stated/inadequately described), this should not be included in the calculation of the total (FIMTM) score. |
