ED Short List was developed by the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority (IHPA). During the development, IHPA was advised by members of the Emergency Care Advisory Working Group (ECAWG) and the IHPA Clinical Advisory Committee (CAC). The ECAWG and CAC provide jurisdictional and clinical input into the development and revision of the ED Short List.
