  • Arthritis

  • Burns
  • Congenital deformities
  • Other disabling impairments
  • Major multiple trauma
  • Developmental disabilities
  • Re-conditioning/restorative

Underneath each high level impairment type are a subset of codes providing more specific detail on the type of impairment. For example:
