Guide for use: | This data element records the relationship between an authorised relative/kinship carer and a relative/kinship child placed in their care. The relationship can be full, half or step or through adoption. For households containing more than one authorised relative/kinship carer, this should be recorded for one carer only. For the purposes of this collection, this carer may be identified by local definitions of 'primary' carer. |
