Guide for use: | A decision may be made by an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist at the time of surgery as to which ear is to be operated on. This is because there is time lag between the recommendation for surgery and the actual surgery taking place. Within that time, the condition of the ear may have changed. Therefore, this decision may be made at the time of surgery. It is more likely to happen when a child has diseases in both ears. |
