Major improvements/additions:
- Workgroup landing pages implemented! You no longer need to go to the My Page > My Work section to locate your workgroup metadata.
- Workgroup members can now view Registration Authority Members to know who to contact for endorsement.
- Workgroup Managers and Registration Authority Members can edit a Workgroup to make it either;
Private = Even at a "public" endorsement status, you still need access to the Workgroup to see the data.
Listed = This allows registered users to know the workgroup exists, so they can request access to it.
By default, your Workgroup is Standard and Unlisted - Advanced Search added to all My Page menus.
- Email Notifications now working! You can set your global preferences via the Notifications page to be emailed when an item is Edited, Moved, Deleted or Endorsed via a Registration Status.
- Delete Metadata now working! It will only work on an Unregistered status. If you delete an item in error please reach out to us.
- Contact Us form implemented, to enable an easy way to reach out to us.
- You can now save while editing metadata at the bottom of the screen or CTRL+S.
- Session extend option: Sessions now last 10 hours for all your metadata needs. You can also extend this by an hour at the top right corner of the screen.
- You will now be provided your metadata progression errors before selection of the Registration Authority and Status.
