METEOR Platform Upgrade!

You may have noticed quite a few changes with the METEOR platform. There are too many to list here! Some examples of changes are;

# Reskin to the platform and menu items
# Registration and password resets are self service and managed via Azure B2C
# Workgroup access needs to be requested again by contacting our email address.
# Continual improvements should routinely added to the system and the Changelog.
