Scope:![]() | Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander standalone substance use services provide treatment or assistance to clients for a range of substance use issues. This includes both illicit substances and the use of alcohol, tobacco and nicotine. Most services are provided on an individual basis, although some services run programs specifically for different types of substances.
