Presented as a percentage. 95% confidence intervals and relative standard errors calculated for rates. |

Dental practitioner includes dentist, dental hygienist or dental specialist. Pathology and imaging tests exclude those had while in hospital. Imaging tests also exclude those for dental work. Some survey respondents may report pathology and imaging as a referral to a medical specialist. |
