Record whether a person is classed as castrate resistant. Castrate resistance is indicated by two consecutive rising PSA levels being found in PSA tests that are at least two weeks apart despite castrate levels of testosterone (<50ng/dL).

This element should be recorded in conjunction with Castrate resistance date.
