CODE 1    Yes

A dwelling that has fixed walls, roof and doors. They usually have kitchen and bathroom facilities, although this is not necessary, provided these facilities could be built into the dwelling. These dwellings are made from regular building materials and are intended for long-term residential use.

CODE 2    No

A structure used as a place of residence which does not meet the building requirements to be considered as a permanent dwelling. Includes caravans, tin sheds without internal walls, humpies, dongas or other makeshift shelters.
