The OATSIH Services Reporting (OSR) details data set specification (DSS) describes information about the contact person for the OSR questionnaire; the person certifying the questionnaire, service accreditation, information technology use and service provider governance for Office for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (OATSIH) funded services.
The aggregate level collection supports information to be collected at the service provider organisation level.

All services are required to complete this data set specification. The type of funding received by the service will determine whether the Primary Health Care, Standalone Substance Use, or Bringing them Home and Link Up Counsellors data set specifications should also be completed.
The OATSIH Services Reporting (OSR) is a single questionnaire that incorporates 5 sections:
