Guide for use:Help on this term

The ongoing patient management code 'OPM' can only be assigned to appointments where the referral was created in TOPAS or webPAS. The 'OPM' code can be used when a referral is received by a Health Service for ongoing management of the same condition.

Using this code will indicate that this appointment is not for a 'first' activity within that service and will enable that referral and appointment information to be excluded from any data that is used in reporting outpatient waiting times for the first attended appointment.
