This cluster contains data elements which collect information relating to the patient's previous audiology assessment that occurred after 11/07/2007. The information includes:

  • date of the previous audiology assessment
  • if there was any ear health intervention
  • the type of ear health intervention
  • if there has been any significant change in hearing levels since that previous assessment.
