Further data development / collection required: | Specification: Interim
Data linkage methodology would need to be developed to estimate the number of individuals receiving aged care services across aged care programs (i.e. people can receive services across multiple programs both concurrently and sequentially). |
Other issues caveats: | Disaggregations within individual jurisdictions are subject to data quality considerations.
Completeness of Indigenous status varies across data collections. People can receive services across multiple programs both concurrently and sequentially, therefore the number of unique individuals will be less that the total number of people receiving services from each program. Inclusion of Veterans' Home Care (VHC) data pending advice from Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA). |
