Guide for use: | CODE 1 Occupied A household has a formal tenancy agreement for a particular dwelling. Occupied dwellings include any structures that people actually live in regardless of its intended purpose. The structure may or may not be tenantable. CODE 2 Unoccupied, tenantable No formal tenancy agreement exists between a household and a housing provider for a particular dwelling. A not occupied structure is only a dwelling if it is intended for human residence. The structure is tenantable, thus provides a certain level of basic amenity and maintenance is completed to the required minimum level. CODE 3 Unoccupied, untenantable No formal tenancy agreement exists between a household and a housing provider for a particular dwelling.
