Under this indicator, a mental health consumer is defined as a person who uses or has used a public mental health service and has responded to the YES survey.
The following state and territory public specialised mental health services are in scope:
The Experience of service score for each respondent converts their average ratings of service from all survey questions into a single score out of 100. The Experience of service indicator is the proportion of mental health consumers with a score equal to or higher than 80 (out of 100) using this index.
Reported based on service delivery setting.

Number of returned YES surveys with an Experience of service score equal to or higher than 80.
