CODE 2: At risk

Use this code when the AUDIT-C score is greater than or equal to 4.

AUDIT-C is scored on a scale of 0-12. Each AUDIT-C question has 5 answer choices, which are rated from 0 to 5. A total score of 4 or more in males and 3 or more in females is considered positive, optimal for identifying hazardous drinking or active alcohol use disorders.
