National reporting arrangement:![]() | States and Territories agree to provide data for performance indicators contained within this indicator set as agreed in the relevant Schedules to the National Health Reform Agreement - National Partnership Agreement on Improving Public Hospital Services (NPA IPHS), and consistent with the provisions in Schedule C to the Intergovernmental Agreement on Federal Financial Relations. States and Territories agree that the information at the level of individual hospitals reported to the Commonwealth will be made available on each jurisdiction's website and on a Commonwealth website, except where specific Schedules to the NPA IPHS note exclusions. |
