The end date is the date on which an admitted palliative care patient completes a palliative care phase type.

Collection methods:Help on this term

The palliative phase of care end date is to be recorded at the completion of the palliative care phase and at the completion of every subsequent phase thereafter in the same admitted patient palliative care episode.
