The size of the standard errors mean that SEW data may not be adequate for measuring change over time. The Indigenous undercount in the Census may introduce bias into the results for Indigenous disaggregation, which may affect comparability across states and territories. Baseline year for this indicator is 2008; target year is 2020. |
