Metadata item type

In METeOR there are twelve metadata item types:

  • Classification scheme
  • Data element
  • Data element concept
  • Data set specification (DSS)
  • Glossary item
  • Indicator
  • Indicator set
  • Object class
  • Outcome area
  • Property
  • Quality statement
  • Value domain

Metadata search

When searching for metadata, you can restrict the search to a specific type of metadata item by clicking the checkbox(es) to the left of the metadata item type. If you do not want to restrict your search to a particular metadata item type, select Any.

The default selection is Data element.
