Group by

You can group metadata items in a search results page, in your My items page and Workgroup page using the following conditions:

Name - Lists the metadata items alphabetically

Metadata item type - Lists the metadata items according to metadata type

Registration status - Lists the metadata items according to the item's registration status

Registration status change date - Lists the metadata items according to the last date on which the item's registration status was changed

Workgroup - Lists the metadata items according to the workgroup in which the item was created
