The contents of the METeOR metadata registry can be browsed by metadata item
type. All metadata items are discoverable in the available item lists. There are seven different types of
metadata item: object classes, properties, data element concepts, data
elements, value domains, classification schemes, data set specifications and glossary items.
Data elements, data element concepts, classification schemes, value domains and glossary items are
listed alphabetically. Data set specifications are listed by sector (Registration Authority).
Object classes are organised within the object class specialisation tree. Specialisations
are also accessible and are italicised in the tree structure. Properties are listed by
property group. Property groups are also accessible and are italicised in the browse list.
