Guide for use: | ‘Usual’ is defined as the setting where the person usually lives. If the person has lived in (or is expected to live in) a setting for one month or more (or 4 or more days per week on average), report this as their residential setting. If the person is staying somewhere for a shorter period (e.g. hospital or respite care in a residential aged care facility), report their residential setting as the place they are expected to return to or transfer to. If it is difficult to determine the person’s usual residential setting, report the setting the person resided in at the time of assessment. |
