The ‘Commonwealth Department of Social Services’ registration authority on METeOR is the main development and publication space for metadata relating to the Department’s payments and programmes. This includes: aging, families and children, housing support, senior Australians, communities and vulnerable people, disability and carers, mental health, and settlement and multicultural affairs. This Registration Authority contains the business metadata specifications used to describe social policy. This metadata is used by the Department of Social Services, the Department’s portfolio bodies, partner agencies and the social services sector.
